We are currently looking for a Customer Service advisor to join our award winning team, the department work a shift pattern but don't worry you won't be working late into the night or every weekend!  The shifts are:

Week 1 - 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Week 2 - 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

1x Saturday every 4 weeks (and we really mean that!) - 10:00 - 14:00

For the first 6 months you will complete training at our HQ in Fareham but after that you only need to be on site Tuesday's & Wednesday's, the rest of the time you can work remotely.

Ideally you will have experience delivering customer service over the phone in a fast-paced environment.  However, a “can-do” attitude, drive and enthusiasm are more important.   

What will you actually be doing??

• Answering incoming calls and resolving customer issues, first time where possible
• Using your expertise in Aerial Direct’s products and services (expertise we’ll teach you) to exceed customer expectations
• Work to SLAs around call time and quality
• Build sustainable relationships with customers to ensure they have the best experience possible with Aerial Direct.
