Our Business Development Managers are trusted IT & Telecoms advisors, using their excellent sales skills to build strong relationships with potential customers and identifying the best products to fit their needs.

What does the role involve? 
  • Working with warm leads and pre-booked appointments you will use your sales and telecoms expertise to educate potential customers on Aerial Direct's product offering 
  • Researching customers, target market sectors and your region of responsibility
  • Using a consultative sales approach to understand customers individual needs and how Aerial Direct's products and services can benefit each potential customer
  • Building strong relationships with potential customers 
  • Managing your own workload and time effectively 
  • Achieving individual and department targets and KPIs
  • Attending in person and virtual meetings and demonstrations
  • Working alongside technical experts to build bespoke solutions for potential customers
What are we looking for? 
  • Strong face to face sales experience is vital 
  • Experience selling or working with Unified Communications Products
  • A full clean UK driving license 
  • Confidence and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Professional, reliable and driven
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
